Assisting in the development of North America Home's strategy and presentation in quarterly business reviews. In addition, collaboration with Centrica Consumer global business division on assessing global strategy and business development opportunities. Partner with North America commercial business units to test new business development initiatives and track existing commitments internally and to Centrica executives.

Responsible for assisting in the development of strategy across the North America Home organization. Manage the long term strategic planning process providing including the economic scenarios, business inputs and competitive environment across Energy and Services business units.

Responsible for leading a team to deliver insights and analysis directly for management decision making. Accomplished through preparing monthly business results, quarterly performance reviews and annual planning cycle. Additional responsibilities include financial management of £100m IS change budget, ranging from initial investment business cases to post investment reviews. Periodic strategic review of the three to five year business targets for top line growth and cost management.

Work closely with the CAO and her leadership team to establish and deliver on team strategy and objectives. - Track progress on CAO management agenda- Develop strategy for CAO team budget and cost savings in 2015- Plan and facilitate weekly meetings and quarterly off sites for leadership team- Develop people strategy for CAO and implement improvements across 200+ FTE’s- Facilitate as project lead on cross department projects

Lead team of twelve to provide direct support for the CEO, CFO and CAO. Our main task is to collaborate with lines of business to deliver monthly analysis to executives and parent company. Team is also responsible for monthly estimates on our in year plan and quarterly strategic decks that provide an in depth review of the company. Twice annually the team provides support and consolidation of a ground up budget for 2-3 years out. The success of the team requires partnering with line of business FP&A and operation teams, strategy, HR/ext comms, controllers and accounting. Strategic finance initiatives and SAP projects are also central to ongoing responsibilities and value added deliverables.

Rotation with corporate strategy group. Main roles during rotation were: - Provided analysis on new business ventures and strategic initiatives - Build and present economic models on new businesses - Review investor relations strategy to maximize shareholder value - Provide market and competitor intelligence insight - Assist in preparation of companies 20 year plan

- Responsible for managing the planning cycle that generates the three year annual plan. This encompasses working with multiple teams located throughout North America. The full planning process spans 3 months and requires in depth project management to ensure success. - On a monthly basis obtain updates from each line of business on their annual projections and consolidate. My group is responsible for providing the CFO, CEO and parent company with analysis on the overall consolidated business as well ad hoc requests. We analyze trends, determine risks and opportunities and report variances against annual plan. The analysis is compiled into quarterly reports that are used by C-level for strategic decision making and investor relations.

Responsible for creating a 3 year balance sheet and cash flow forecast for the entire North America residential business. My group is responsible for a monthly reporting pack of the business and providing any analysis on past performance as well as forward projections. I also provide analysis to our Treasury department for cash management on a weekly/monthly basis.

Provide assurance that the Balance Sheet and OPEX was accounted for accurately. Responsibilities include reconciliations, variance analysis, satisfying regulatory filings, working with external auditors and ensuring sub-ledger customer platforms accurately feed SAP general ledger. In performing the tasks described I also had a team of 5 individuals in India that I managed and reviewed their work.
