Throughout her academic career, she became involved early in the University of Georgia Athletic Association, securing volunteer and internship opportunities with the University of Georgia Football Association and the University of Georgia Men’s Basketball Association in recruiting and operations. She excels in systems implementation, seeking ways to innovate and increase the efficiency of common business processes and procedures with operational excellence at the forefront. Jordan’s experience in the sport environment as an athlete and intern have provided her with the skillset necessary to develop and train passionate leaders, teams, and to empower others to be well-rounded global citizens.Jordan takes this mindset and drive into her current role as a Sports Marketing educator and Head Volleyball coach, where she focuses on developing students grades 9-12's mastery of high-level industry knowledge, as well as training Varsity athletes to improve their working knowledge of volleyball and to live life, not just games, with a “WE not me” mentality.
