They collaborate very well with a broad spectrum of personalities, is an inclusive leader, and doesn't shy away from raising awareness of issues in a healthy and productive way. They are energized by the opportunity to lead designs and can effectively break down work. They work very well in partnership with Product/non-technical stakeholders and graceful in receiving feedback. They also received consistently high peer reviews, both verbally and via surveys. I found him to be reliable and enjoyed working with him very much.
