Led the global talent acquisition function at Clover Health which includes hiring across technical, clinical, and corporate skill sets within multiple geographies including the US, Canada, and Hong Kong. Additionally I partnered with other People Ops leads in support of cross-functional project work such as talent development programs, total rewards strategies, universal level frameworks, employee engagement, and approval processes.

In this role I managed a team and oversaw recruiting for our Operations, Growth, Data Science & Analytics and G&A teams. I also collaborated with leadership and people operations to develop and implement companywide trainings and other strategic programs aimed at improving the employee lifecycle at Clover.

Counsyl was acquired by Myriad Genetics in 2017Managed a team of full time and contract employees to support recruiting for all non-sales departments (Science, G&A, and Tech). In 2016 I also served a dual role as HRBP for the Science and G&A orgs where I helped with career architecting, organizational development, manager training, and employee relations.

Originally hired at Counsyl to support growth within the Clinical Lab and R&D teams and was the very first Scientific Recruiter.

In this role I managed a team in support of full cycle recruitment for multiple international life sciences clients within Research, Development, Project Management, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Development, Bioinformatics and Manufacturing. I managed local client relationships and interfaced directly with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and set up interviews. I developed sourcing strategies via job boards, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and networking events and screened candidates via phone evaluations, face-to-face interviews, and reference checks. My team's requisition load was between 40-60 positions at a given time and we averaged 10 fills per month. I was also responsible for hiring, training, and developing junior recruiters for our office as well as a team of direct reports. I served as local Community Outreach chair which included responsibilities such as coordinating office volunteer events and fundraising programs.
