With more than 14 years of work experience in the retail industry, I am a retail expert and a leader in customer satisfaction. As the Managing Director and owner-operator of Curtain Design, a family-owned business I run with my parents and brother, I am passionate about providing quality products and services to our clients and creating a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.Since taking over an existing run-down one-man business in 2010, we have grown Curtain Design to a full-time staff of 22, and have expanded our product range and customer base. I oversee the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring that our customer's needs and expectations are met. I also work closely with our suppliers, contractors, and installers, to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget. I have leveraged my skills in retail, customer satisfaction, and team building, to establish long-term relationships with our customers and partners, and to foster a culture of excellence and innovation at Curtain Design.
