• Effectively completes intakes while employing case management techniques to gain further insight into diverse clientele’s goals, strengths, barriers, interests, and employment history. • Responsible for analyzing the job market, conducting employer outreach and brokering a secure partnership between external employers, clients, and Operation Come Home. • Assisting clientele through completing various Enhanced Employment Assistance Services. • Gained proficiency using GCOS.• Utilizing various counselling techniques, crisis intervention, harm reduction, and suicide prevention support in order to to assist clients in stabilizing their mental health while working towards maintaining employment. • Ability to work with clients who identify as living with a disability, and able to connect clients with wrap around services located at both Operation Come Home and the greater social service’s community.
