I am a middle school administrator with a goal of helping all teachers and students have an impact on growing socially, emotionally and educationally in order to be successful in their life endeavors. I received my undergraduate degree from UNCC in middle school education with a focus on science and social studies. I spent six years teaching the amazing scholars in the CMS Horizons program for exceptionally and profoundly gifted individuals. During this time I completed my Academically and Intellectually Gifted (AIG) certification through Queen's University of Charlotte, my National Board Certification in special education and my School Administrators license through the School Executive Leadership Academy (SELA) at Queen's University of Charlotte. I am currently serving as the 6th grade administrator in a Charlotte area middle school.
