With over 9 years experience within the Early Childhood Sector I have a passion for leadership and creating positive outcomes for children. I am passionate about seeing people grow, develop & thrive in their chosen path.Within my current role as an Operations Manager I coach and mentor a team of Managers, oversee the compliance within five Early Learning Centres and work closely with the Centre Management Teams to drive a culture of positive leadership, learning, growth and inclusion. My previous roles have included being an Educator within all age groups where I had the opportunity to learn alongside Children and assist them in further developing their skills to meet developmental milestones by scaffolding their learning and extending on their individual interests. I have also had the opportunity to be a Centre Director with a demonstrated project management skill set. Whilst in this role, I had the pleasure of leading a team of 40+ Educators in a 104 place Centre. This is where my passion for leadership and further development was sparked and has lead me to where I am today.
