Owner / partner of a property development company, we specialized in electrical, plastering and damp proofing work in a domestic environment while expanding to take on full property management and development. Our team of skilled tradesmen completed multiple loft conversions, basement conversions and full renovations of office spaces. My role as a director / owner was to not only plan and organize work schedules and lias with customers and survey/ quote for new contracts. but also to manage payroll and office work, while working on the tools as a multi skilled tradesmen carrying out anything from rewiring and electrical works, fitting bespoke kitchens, plumbing and central heating, damp proofing, roofing, general building works including the Installation of steels and supports where walls were required to be removed. Following plans and requirements produced by structural engineer reports. We built a good relationship with the local governing authorities as per building regs. Our projects were bespoke and very diverse which has built up my knowledge and experience in many areas of construction / management and design
