As a Business Automation Account Executive, my expertise is in IBM's Business Automation portfolio. During my time as a Brand Sales Specialist, I evaluated client's technology architecture and help them achieve their strategic goals - specifically with business automation. This role involves working with a technical specialist to evaluate the proper course of action for clients. As a team, we are able to provide demonstrations and proof of concepts for our solutions, and are responsible for making sound recommendations to clients. Brand Sales Specialists are responsible or identifying opportunities, proving concepts, creating custom demos and selling IBM technology. - Lead an investigation for a project involving partial judgements that the court entered as a result of the acts that occurred on 9/11. Utilized knowledge of excel to put together data regarding which plaintiffs have received compensation. I communicated my findings to senior partners at the firm, as well as the client's family. - Analyzed bank statements and utilized knowledge of excel to format findings in an efficient matter. This action helped prepare the casework for clients who are preparing for corporate legal action. - Sorted through the document load for a case involving prolonged missed overtime pay. I sorted through which documents pertain to the case at hand and in turn redacted the sensitive information that those documents may have contained. - Evaluated the effect of newly passed discrimination laws in New York and what effects that change will have for our clients.
