His real estate career began during his time working at Massey Knakal Realty Services, one of the leading commercial investment sales firms in the five boroughs. At Massey Knakal, Jordan worked for the Vice President of sales. His responsibilities involved the extensive use of databases and on-line sources, including MLS.Jordan spent the beginning of his career solidifying relationships with brokers, landlords and developers throughout NYC allowing him to understand and cater to his clients specific needs. His extensive knowledge of the ever changing real estate market has given him the tools to successfully represent first time renters, buyers and sellers, as well as experienced ones. His real estate resume enables him to provide detailed market analysis, pricing reports and advice on floor plans and renovations. Jordan has spearheaded projects for over 150 landlords in the NYC area from 6 units to 250+ unit multi family buildings. He currently resides in Sutton Place and has previously lived in the Upper East Side, West Village, Lower East Side and Murray Hill.
