One of the best things about Industrial Automation is that the technology is always changing, and projects come and go. Always having something fresh and challenging to work on has helped me become an engineer who is both eager to learn and capable of learning new skills regularly.As a Systems Engineer, I live for the thrill (and satisfaction) of "making things work" in the demanding field of Industrial Automation. My experiences cover most facets of modern automation, from ladder logic to scripting languages, HMI applications to fully fledged material management solutions, continuous to batch processes, and the integration of hardware and software to create plant- or factory-wide control systems.Outside of work, my hobbies include working with wood, "hobby-builds" in my tiny garage, playing guitar once or twice a week with friends, playing and working on pinball machines, my dogs (Louie & Walter), and travelling with my wife.
