With over four years of work experience in human resources, education, and staffing, I am a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist at Atlantic Street Capital Advisors, Inc. I joined the company in March 2022 as a Recruiter, and quickly advanced to my current role in June 2022, thanks to my strong performance and contribution. I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across the organization, as well as developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies and processes. I use my expertise in recruiting, leadership, and various platforms to deliver high-quality results and ensure a positive candidate experience. I also leverage my Master of Education degree and my previous experience as a teacher and a staffing coordinator to understand the needs and expectations of different stakeholders, and to communicate effectively and collaboratively with them.
