• Responsible to carry out all procurement duties for a wide range of products, materials and services.• Source new parts / products or alternative sources in line with consistent quality, delivery capabilities and terms favorable to the company to achieve best outcomes in respect to price, value, and service levels.• Responsible for sourcing, selection, and evaluation of existing and new suppliers.• Working closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction and pricing which are advantages to the company.• Responsible to perform cost analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with customers’ expectation.• Ensure supplier selection and material(s) planned is/are purchased to meet targeted quality, competitive price and just on time delivery conform to quality, cost and delivery.• Able to prepare monthly cost analysis reports and data base with recommendations.• Attends internal product development meetings to identify new product demands, schedules and procurement needs. Forecast requirements and orders products to meet sales demands.• Working on Ariba and TRC cases when one request is more than 25k USD to 100K USD.• Attend TRC meeting and present to the client team to discuss about the contract when the request item value is more than 100K USD • Prepare monthly saving report

• Involved in SBO Project such as PL123,URB WEST, SAMARANG ALYA, ORBIT SUMANDAK,SOGT• Updating Daily POB onshore & offshore• In charge of arranging crew to training and courses such as BOSIET, H2S, IMM & others• Arranging claims and allowance for crew weekly & make sure they received the money• Helping new crew to apply for EOSP Smartcard & CCC Card• Arranging crew to mobilize to offshore • Monitor Crews Training Matrix and ensure all crew have valid qualification• Make sure that all crew has valid Employee Contract before mobbing to offshore• Make sure every crew attend safety briefing in office before the day they MOB to Labuan• Arrange accommodation and transport for outstation or transit crew• Update the new Certificate & Qualification from Crew into system database & Crew personal folder• Make sure to send crew to Medical Check-up or Training before expired• Assist with client to investigate on any misconduct or lack of performance crew • Fill in FCB Booking for every project and submit it to client
