Managed the full lifecycle of Student Employment, with a focus on process and experience improvement for all key stakeholders – applicants, employees, and hiring managers. In this multi-faceted leadership role, I rehabilitated the Student Employment brand to match the prominence the Student Employment workforce plays both in the daily operations and broader mission of the University. I managed the team of coordinators that fulfills University-wide staffing needs. I partnered with all levels of stakeholders to strategize creative and personalized solutions to meet departmental requirements across a wide range of industries and specializations. As the subject matter expert for the University, I developed and delivered education and training initiatives to improve legal compliance, diversity outcomes, and user experience.

Coordinated course and classroom scheduling for the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences; Served as an assistant to the Registrar; Assisted with coordination of special events; Maintained student records through Peoplesoft;

As part of the Office of International Services, served as a Designated School Official (DSO) for the F-1 program and Alternate Responsible Official (ARO) for the J-1 program; Provided administrative support across the department, managed schedules, organized meetings, and oversaw daily operations and organization of the office; Management and processing of office budgetary transactions, responsible for all purchasing needs for office and events, completion of all departmental expense reports; Coordination of all office events including room reservations, catering, ticket sales, staffing, supplies, and vendor payment; Responsible for hiring, training, and supervision of student employees.

Support to Senior Corporate Counsel as part of a new branch of the legal department, created filing system and maintains case files, drafted documents for use in court of law, managed schedules and billing invoices, processed budgets and expense reports.

Served as liaison between branch and community, planning open-house events as part of Workplace Banking Program; Achieved enrollment goals in the Workplace Banking through strategic partnerships with various employers in the Pittsburgh area; Served as first point of contact for customer service requests.
