• Responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire Recruitment Process.• Proficient with Ceipal (ATS), Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point), Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder etc).• Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports, analyze recruitment statistics.• Having experience in performing needs analysis, requirements definition, consulting on sourcing strategies, recruiting, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checking, negotiating, making offers, creating contracts and closing candidates that can help actualize corporate missions etc.• Excellent Knowledge on W2 contracts, 1099 and Corp-to-Corp.• Prospect for candidates via referrals, professional network, database searches, and web search and job postings.• Maintained & handled all responsibilities such as Joining Formalities, Documentation and the relevant files of the consultants.

• Evaluation of the candidate profile, qualifications, skills and experience• Analysis of REQUIREMENT on the basis of skills sets, rate, location, duration, type (Contract, Contract to Hire or Direct Hire), any specific visa status (H-1B, TN Permit, GC Holder or Citizens)• Searching right candidate from various portals like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Techfetch, LinkedIn etc• Screening candidates according to the company requirement• Explain about the JD, place of work and salary package, which applies to the role• Explain about the Contract type i.e. (Contract, C2H or Direct Hire)• Negotiate the rate and billing terms according to tax terms (Corp 2 Corp, 1099, or W2)• Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partner’s calls and client interviews• Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback• Keeping the management in loop on client interviews, project start date etc• Coordinating with the consultant till he/she reports to the client reporting manager• Follow with the consultant for time sheets and make sure they get paid on time
