Raised over $6.0MM in the form of equity investment and revenues that made possible the expansion of the company.· Established a close working relationship with the Technology Transfer group of Rutgers University, the source of the company’s technology, resulting in positive changes to the TyRx license agreement as well as other financial benefits for the company.

Integra is a manufacturer and marketer of biotechnology/medical devices for neurosurgery as well as collagen in the areas of biotechnology and wound care. Responsibilities included the worldwide launch of key products that moved the company closer to its goal of profitability. · Identified and established neurosurgery as the strategic business area most likely to lead the company to future success growing the company from $17MM in sales to well over $100MM in sales.· Led an effort that changed the strategic focus of the company and effected a key strategic acquisition of a $32.5 million neurosurgery company, bringing the company into additional markets and business opportunities. · Created and directed the product development, marketing, and international launch of a major new biotech neurosurgical product, DuraGen™ Dural Graft Matrix. Developed and executed programs that helped DuraGen significantly exceed $45MM in sales at a very high profit margin.

· Led projects and executed programs that brought about a rational approach to the marketing and sales of the BMS proprietary injectable antibiotics.· Launched Maxipime® (cefapime), an injectable fourth generation cephalosporin, in major markets worldwide. This included the development and execution of training programs (CEU’s awarded) worldwide.· Worked as a key member of a project team charged with the responsibility of identifying and in-licensing an anti-fungal drug from a Japanese company. Many molecules were reviewed and an anti-fungal opportunity was found and licensed.· Responsible for the acquisition/in-licensing of wound care products and companies to expand the ConvaTec portfolio and help maintain a world leadership position in the area of wound care. · Identified new products and technologies to expand the breadth and quality of the product portfolio. This included expanding and exploring new distribution methods in addition to consumer channels.
