My role involves managing the administration staff across the 7 practices in the Central Coast and 2 practices in Regional NSW. This includes roster management, timesheets and end-to-end recruitment. My role encompasses managing a team of direct reports. This involves conducting career development conversations, continuous feedback and support in individual development goals. I’m a strong advocate for fostering a positive and inclusive working environment, encouraging a culture of engagement and recognition, as well as ensuring continuous learning and development opportunities.

In this role I was responsible for onboarding and training new starters as well as supporting Managers with their day-to-day tasks. As well as providing a first class patient experience to all PRP patients from the early stages of booking appointments, to welcoming them into our practices, providing timely information about our services, supporting them and having empathy.

PRP Diagnostic Imaging offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, through a network of practices across the Central Coast, Sydney, Illawarra, Northern Beaches, Hunter Valley, and Central West. We are renowned for our reputation within the industry and are one of the leading imaging services providers in NSW. As a Medical Practice Receptionist, I rotated throughout the our 7 sites across the Central Coast to conduct receptionist duties including answering phone calls, making booking for patients, liaising with technical staff and radiologists. This role also included conducting daily banking, stock management and other ad-hoc duties.
