Assisted with analysis and report writing with key sets of information from the EPIC Clarity data models and multiple other systems throughout the organization. Utilized Business Intelligence tools to present data to the organization. Analysis included business and operational understanding, quality improvement measures and development, and patient activity.Worked extensively with the Business Intelligence Analyst team and meet with clients to understand business and process flows to develop reports that manage the business requirements of client.
