As the Developmental Team Leader at Bridge Logistics, I work with the up-and-coming sales and operational leaders and take them through our interactive training process while giving them constructive feedback to help them fine-tune their skills and grow into their career. We don’t move freight the normal way, we move freight the Bridge way; and that mindset is instilled into our new team members as they go through the training stages. From the initial development stage, to promoting new ideas and mindsets as they move through the ranks, I am happy to serve as a mentor and help upskill our new team members so they can contribute to the growth of Bridge Logistics.
