Ever since participating in Odyssey of the Mind competitions through out grade school, my love for problem solving has only grown! In those years, I gained knowledge and practice in a handful of necessary skills needed for ANY engineer including (but not limited to): team work, hands-on problem solving, verbal problem solving, originality, effective communication, and managing financial affairs. These skills were instilled in me at a very early age, and have helped me be where I am today.I am a graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Through out my undergraduate career I worked at Trestle Tree performing administrative duties such as: interaction and communication with clients in order to perform health risk assessments, as well as managing data entry and creation of excel spreadsheets on a daily basis. While finishing my last semester of my undergraduate career and working at Trestle Tree, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. There I strengthened my leadership and communication skills.I have now moved within the company at TrestleTree, LLC and manage a large number of clients, using my experience in problem solving and data analytics. I also co-manage our Service and Giving committee where we host multiple local service events each year.When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and fur child, Beau, a Blue Merle Australian Shepherd. He keeps us both active and on our feet! Therefore we love to be outdoors: kayaking, hiking, etc. I love to cook and travel; enjoying each opportunity to see more of the world and cultures.
