As a licensed Real Estate Associate and State Certified Contractor, under the covering of a CCIM certified Commercial Broker, I have performed tenant move out/move in inspections, buildouts, repairs, and contracts for our brokerage firm. I assess necessary repairs and replacements of lighting, HVAC, drywall, plumbing, framing, roofing and associated interior and exterior renovations to satisfy tenant requests, code compliance, and owner budgets. Extensive experience in handling subcontractors, timeframes, and local/municipal contracts to ensure tenant health and safety, while providing an acceptable ROI for investors and the management company.

LSC Homes (Now known as Ricchi Homes) is a referral only custom home builder of high efficiency homes in Central Florida. I was hired on contract to manage the day to day operations of two ground up, 6000+ sq. ft single family homes, in 12 months. Utilizing strict scheduling, attention to detail, foresight, and the team of subcontractors built up over years in the field - we were able to stay on time, on budget, and grow the reputation of the company. While I no longer work in the Superintendent role for LSC, I have continued to work directly with the company, and have functioned as a design consultant and their HVAC Contractor since 2012.
