    Joined the Monster Broadband, now Point Broadband team shortly after founding to design a blueprint for a service provider that could be built from a common set of parts and stand up in any market at any time. From there we built our network using the latest generations of wireless technology available from leading vendors in the WISP space at the time. The pivotal moment in my career with Monster Broadband was when we started our national footprint launch and I was responsible for architecting the network conversion from multiple connections coming in at various sites in the field to a centralized datacenter.     My primary role was to maintain the core infrastructure of the network, which consisted of multiple head-end locations, peered together via multiple point-to-point connections (Metro Ethernet) through outside carriers, as well as engineered connections between sites within our own network to create a high-availability network with redundancy. Primary equipment used was the Procera Packetlogic platform, Cisco routing equipment, Dragonwave Ethernet backhaul systems, and Motorola/Cambium Canopy equipment for customer access and backhaul.
