My responsibilities at Sledgehammer Games consist of:• Coordinated tasks and jobs amongst a team of UI / UX engineers, artist, and designers during the “Call of Duty: WWII” live season • Scheduled and planned out UI goals and deliverables during pre-production of Sledgehammer Game’s next project • Improved workflow amongst UI team by creating and managing JIRA dashboards, Confluence wiki pages, sprint burndown charts, and kanban boards• Built relationships with outside studios and creative services to ensure all post-launch content was localized efficiently • Identify, isolate, regress and communicate issues/defects effectively and efficiently• Develop an in-depth understanding of the systems assigned to them and communicate progress, status and risk assessment• Directly support the development team on defect/issue root cause analysis• Develop partnerships with assigned Studio resources and teams• Work in a collaborative QA environment, executing individual tasks and group assignments• Create, maintain and execute Test Cases to provide end-to-end testing coverage• Participate in qualitative user experience feedback on key products and/or services• Execute daily build sanity checks and key feature/function testing• Execute testing tasks through the use of in-house and 3rd party test tools• Promote improvements and efficiencies across QA and Studio Quality Control processes• Partner with QA Support groups to ensure alignment of testing focus/tasks

• Worked closely with Production and other departments to evaluate virtual production needs for all shows and proactively coordinated resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects • Responsible for the coordination of all digital camera packages, including checking these items out to production, tracking the equipment, sending out for maintenance, ordering parts, etc. • Consulted with the virtual production supervisor to organize consolidate, standardize, and refresh all set and stage equipment • Maintained an asset-tracking system and oversee vaulting physical capture equipment • Responsible for scheduling the stage for internal production and external clients. Keeps the stage crew and clients up to date as schedules change • Created shoot schedule/call sheets. • Assisted the Stage crew in prioritizing work as needed • Maintained high client service levels and integrity of department. Maintains daily and weekly communication throughout the company. • Set up, attended and published notes on show virtual production kickoff meetings for our department • Coordinated high visibility client demos and special presentations • Worked closely with CG, Production, and other service groups to increase efficiency across departments whenever possible.
