CurrentOperating in Raleigh since 2009, Journeymen Triangle is a regional nonprofit that supports adolescent males (ages 12-18) in their transformation to becoming men of integrity. We teach emotional literacy, provide leadership development and opportunities for community service through group mentoring and weekend adventure programs. We recruit and train male volunteers who model masculine authenticity and support self-awareness and emotional growth in boys while honoring their youthful energy. We support and empower boys through three programmatic activities: group mentoring circles, one-on-one mentoring, and weekend adventure programs.-Development and Implementation of the 2019-2021 strategic plan with the Board of Directors.-Developed and implemented curriculum for bi-monthly meetings focused on teaching emotional intelligence and self-awareness to boys ages 12 to 17. -Oversees a part-time program director to implement Journeymen's three program offerings.-Enrolls and trains Journeymen mentors who are invested in their own personal development and able to model our core values of integrity, self-awareness, accountability, responsibility, authenticity, and compassion. -Fosters and maintains strategic partnerships.-Fund development and community relations.
