During my twelve years with the organization, I have curated and produced over a thousand performances with artists from over 100 nations. As a creator and visionary, I have developed 11 series for the organization and commissioned nearly 50 artists. I am the main spokesperson for Lincoln Center for TV and radio including interviews for WNYC, NPR, PBS, and other media outlets.Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core values that drive my work. Among my many the accomplishments at Lincoln Center I am most proud of the changes in artist and audience demographics achieved at the Atrium 360° series. By reimagining the core programming to reflect the population of New York City, I shifted and grew an audience that was 68% White, 8% Latino/a/x, 6% Black, and 10% Asian to 37% White, 28% Latino/a/x, 15% Black, and 13% Asian. Strong board and funding relationships which have garnered the annual support of 1.5 million dollars. A leader who excels at strategic planning and has the vision to move this iconic organization forward to remain responsive and relevant to our community.

The African Contemporary Arts Consortium is a landmark program designed to initiate, develop and sustain a dynamic exchange of arts and ideas between artists, arts organizations, and public communities throughout the United States and the African continent. Co-created and implemented a comprehensive business plan, determined and instituted policies, and oversaw the re-granting of funds. Established institutional partnerships with: The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Walker Art Center, and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

MAPP International Productions develops sustainable environments for contemporary artists to create and perform their work, and uses arts, humanities and dialogue to advance appreciation of diverse cultures and perspectives. Part of the producing team for 15 productions by innovative and civically minded artists such as: Sekou Sundiata, Marc Bamuthi Joseph, Ralph Lemon, Bebe Miller, and Reggie Wilson. Fundraised project budgets from $150,000 to $300,000 as well as secured commissioning support and developmental residencies. Successfully booked national and international tours with net profits of $80,000 to $100,000 per tour. Provided comprehensive tour and project management including fiscal oversight, logistics, marketing and PR representative, and developed contextual materials for civic engagement activities related to productions.
