Hello, I'm Jordan – a member of the I.T. Guru team for just over two years. Currently, as a Professional Services Technician II, my primary role is to carry out project tickets, tasks, and professional services, focusing on desktop deployments, server migrations and upgrades, and network infrastructure refreshes. My role also involves troubleshooting Tier 2 technical issues, managing remote and onsite services, and building strong customer relationships.Beyond my technical expertise, I am passionate about creative innovation and problem-solving. My skill set spans technical finesse, strategic planning, and an innate ability to find inventive solutions.When I step away from technology, I'm an adventure enthusiast – whether carving through snowy slopes on my snowboard or exploring uncharted territories. I also approach gym sessions with the same enthusiasm, channeling energy into pumping iron. Yet, I also cherish simple moments with friends.
