I am a busy student at WMU’s Haworth College of Business. Throughout my time at WMU, I have grown from an undecided freshman into an aspiring accountant. Since I began working back in 2018, I have taken on a variety of diverse jobs that have molded me into the student and employee I am today. From frantically trying to keep up with the rapid pace of Jet’s Pizza, becoming a “super-utility” man for one of the top 15 ranked Culver’s in the nation, and finding a way to teach sports and activities to children ages 4-13 in summer camp, I have learned and gained a lot of great skills.After cold calling the Haworth College of Business for a job in September of Sophomore year, I haven’t looked back. In fact, I have earned additional opportunities at the university through connections and recommendations. I was offered a summer job in the Dean’s office and as a student ambassador as a result of my work in the advising office. I also applied and was accepted to become a teaching assistant for HCOB’s Business Prep program.When I am not working, I am probably watching or performing sports of some type. I became a Little League Baseball manager in 2022 and love to continually spread my many years of knowledge on to the younger generation.
