My name is Jordan Baptiste and I'm a web/game developer. My passion is telling a story through an interactive medium, whether it be through an epic adventure played with a controller or by designing a web-site that take visitors on a journey of discovery about a new service or product. Previously I was in UOIT's Game Development and Entrepreneurship program to explore a path in game development and when that was done, I saw an opportunity to expand my skills so currently I'm a student at Durham College in the Contemporary Web Design program. My skill set is twofold, being able to work both online and offline. Using C++, Java and Unity3D to create interactive experiences and alongside that I can use HTML5, CSS and Javascript to create interactive websites. I also teach children and teenagers how to code, which has given me a better understanding of why coding standards are the way they are, as well as improved how I explain code to someone who isn't familiar with programming. My dream is to one day create something that many people enjoy and use/play regularly, something I'm sure many of you also wish to achieve so let me know if you're interested!
Listed skills include Javascript, Css, Photoshop, Html, and 34 others.
