Following managing the Second Line Support Team, I took on responsibility for creating a new role within my team which would support the delivery/enablement of internet services at our sites. This involved developing the role, recruiting multiple team members and training them up to a standard to deliver services to new customers across 9 countries.

Managing a team of telesales agents and showroom staff. Originally brought in to manage the design and implementation of the Vee24 customer support system. Responsibilities included locating and purchasing dialling data, recruitment, budget management, adwords PPC, web content design, liaising with third party web partners on projects, looking after internal systems for the telephony system for telesales agents, pushing sales and ensuring positive KPI's are met by all agents.

Involved in the implementation and setup of a new call centre campaign for Brighthouse, initially setting up outbound calls to book appointments with potential customers before expanding out in to inbound payments calls from existing customers.
