Plans and executes internship programming for two cohorts each year, spring and autumn. Performance Evaluation: Setting performance metrics, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to interns throughout their tenure.6. Program Assessment: Evaluating the effectiveness of the internship program by gathering feedback from interns and supervisors, and making improvements as needed.

Assessed quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate impact of existing policies and uncover areas for improvement. Assisted in the resettlement process for clients extensively for the first 6 months, and thereafter for another year. Applied for immigration documents, government assistance, and private and public benefits on behalf of clients.Conducted public transportation orientations. Provided resources and trauma informed care approach.

Housing efforts for refugee, asylee, and vulnerable populations. Provided home safety orientations.Educated clients on proper rental etiquete. Advocated for anti-discrimination housing practice. Located and applied for safe housing for clients including low income housing. Mediated landlord-client relations. Organized community collections for home furnishing and decor.Lead volunteers to set up client housing.

Welcomed refugees from Afghanistan to the refugee camp.Collected data on population units (families, individuals, minors, men/women). Interviewed refugees and gathered data on resettlement preferences. Completed immigration forms on client's behalf for employment and social security cards.
