Hi! If you are here it is because you are interested in knowing a little more about me. This is to know who I am, what I do, how I do it. I will try to make a "fresco", beyond what I "did" or "studied". Labels, in film life, are never something simple because this world requires you to be a "multitasking" who, depending on the situation, fulfills different roles. I have been working professionally for 18 years now. I became a professional by moving around. While I was studying filmmaking I generated teams (a kind of "recruitment" inside and outside my university) to develop projects, which resulted in independent productions, and in paid jobs such as institutional videos. We could interpret this as saying that I am "pro-active", a generator of projects, that I don't wait for things to happen but that I go out and generate them. I don't like to warm chairs and I always have ideas to do (sometimes too many).I try to look at life with perspective and optimism. When one is the creator of the ideas, who pushes and accompanies the projects, the key is always to do it this way (I don't know if there is any other way to sustain them). I think this is the key to success, especially in this industry, which is often subjected to changes in trends, technologies, etc. I am one of those who always has a joke to make even if things are going bad, and I always try to generate a good atmosphere and have a smile on my face, because I am convinced that doing things right depends on you, and will surely bring good results.I like to surround myself with capable, talented people, with a desire to grow not only as professionals, but also as persons. The human side for me is 90%, people I can trust and believe in, the rest can be learned, and for what is not, there is teamwork, synergy.I am demanding with my work, perfectionist, I learned to work in "layers", understanding that only the work and the mind at the service of artistic sensitivity, achieve that a work reaches excellence.
