However, my position at Reach has also allowed me to work closely with the Branding and Communications team on their national Hopes and Dreams report.Achievements:Designing qualitative data collection tools for focus groups.Facilitating focus groups for qualitative research used for The Reach Foundation’s national survey.Facilitating workshops that challenge participants to reflect on their current situation and empowers them to pursue the actions required to achieve their potential.Designing and planning workshop content that is effective, relevant and engaging.Liaising with various stakeholders, including school communities.
