I was born and raised in the heart of Chicago, and from a young age, I developed a strong passion for helping and assisting others. This drive was evident when I began volunteering at the front desk of my elementary school.My professional journey began in high school, where I worked at Chipotle for over three years. This experience laid the foundation for my customer service and communication skills. Following this, I transitioned to retail, where I honed my leadership abilities.Eager to expand my horizons, I pursued higher education and discovered various fields in which I could significantly impact my community. While attending college, I worked in security at iconic venues such as Wrigley Field and The Chicago Theatre.In May 2021, I earned my associate's degree in Criminal Justice Administration, followed by a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management in May 2023. After obtaining my bachelor's degree, I joined Switchcraft Conxall as a Payroll Administrator/HR Assistant, gaining invaluable experience in payroll management. Now, as the Senior Security and Field Training Supervisor at The Chicago Theatre, I have merged my passion for HR and safety, showcasing my skills authentically.Throughout my professional journey, I have gained valuable knowledge and experience from the diverse individuals I have interacted with, and the dedication I have put in. The journey of learning is never over, and I am excited to see where it takes me next.
