As director of loss mitigation, my role is to assist our sales team in coordination with our customers to ensure they receive elite service during their roof system replacement. My regular duties include analyzing insurance documents, job site and property damage photos, and relevant industry standards to ensure nothing gets missed. I work with our inspectors to gather information and coordinate it into a thorough report to request supplemental funds to endure that our customers are covered for everything for which they are eligible. On the backend, I assist our accounting department to reconcile all insurance documents, invoices, and orders to make sure we capture all accounts receivable.
