Research and provide interpretation of the disaster loan program's Laws, Regulations, Policies, and Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide and support SBA’s Program managers, loan officers, and Inspector General. Ensure loan application compliance with legal requirements, eligibility, capacity, and authority of the borrowers to incur debt, validity of proposed pledge of collateral. Use online-based systems to identify receipt of necessary loan closing documents, create records of review and instructions to other departments.
