Areas to be addressed shall include but not be limited to building maintenance, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, phones, sound system, IT system, etc.-Oversee the Risk Management functions of the Company, including the Security Department, Managers on Duty, etc.-Oversee 3rd party contractors and vendors assigned to the department including but not limited to; maintenance, pool operation and lifeguards, audio, visual, sound systems, WiFi, phones, utilities, computer hardware, etc. -Prioritize and execute tasks while also developing monthly, quarterly annual and 5-year Plans.-Oversee and manage the operation of the departments assigned.
