As a Part of CEC, I’ve learned and have been taskedwith every responsibility of an employee during at leastone point of time in my employment. At CEC, ourmission statement and top priority is to make sure everyone of our guests leave happy. My experience isprimarily in the front of the house as the trainer for ourcashier area, better known as a Team 2. As a leader,I’m accountable for a wide array of priorities, such asgreeting and serving guests, working in the kitchen, andeven counting and ordering our merchandise inventory.My job as a team 2 requires that I’m in charge of a teamof cast members, but more than that, it’s my job tomake sure I’m everywhere I can be to keep everythingrunning perfectly. I’m incredibly hands-on with workingand teaching every area in my store.
