Current• Working in a team of 13 colleagues, helping them If need or want assistance. As store assistant we have regular team meetings which involve seeing our current progress in which we then feedback and reflect on how we can improve. Regularly my job entails providing honest professional feedback to my colleagues to ensure we get the best results from all levels of staff.• Maintaining stock rotation and display organisation made sure all levels of stock were replenished in time and available to all customers.• First Aid trained • Serving customers professionally on the checkout desk, ensured all customers were happy with the level of service.• Assisted other departments showing high levels of flexibility.• Trained multiple colleagues to reflect same abilities in all departments effectively.• Working under pressure in a busy environment having a positive can-do attitude. This can apply when we receive an unexpectedly late delivery, having low stock and shortage amount of staff.• Having an attention to detail when it comes to stock taking, cashing up the tills in the morning and when dealing with customer complaints.• Hitting store targets for figures such as sales, waste, store productivity, stock results and customer satisfaction feedback.
