• Brought on to build procurement org for Founders Fund backed Series B hospitality/proptech company with the initial mandate of reducing indirect spend by 25% within 9 months, a goal that was reached within 4 months of start.• Grew org from a one person procurement team to a holistic supply chain team with 7 direct reports while widening scope of responsibility to include company wide inventory control/management, warehousing, external manufacturing, inter-market logistics and external manufacturing.• Implemented internal product development with internal Design team and partnered with strategicmanufacturing partner to produce custom furniture in four countries across Asia in Fall 2019, further reducing Total Cost of Ownership and vendor dependence.• Negotiated strategic supply partnerships with companies including Ashley Furniture, Diamond Mattress, Malouf Sleep and Best Buy to fuel WanderJaunt's planned 2020 expansion.• Partnered with like minded tech companies in supply chain to ready a scalableand networked international supply chain with constant visibility from overseas origins to local WanderJaunt warehouses in the US.

• Responsible for North American warehousing procurement, representing $500MM in yearly spend• Develop strategies for driving year over year savings, while strengthening strategic relationships with twenty Third Party Logistics partners who manage over 70% of KHC’s robust North American warehousing network• Partner with warehousing and logistics operations teams to ensure the implementation and execution of strategies and cost saving measures throughout the life of the contract

•Managed national team of eight remarketing managers as Interim Head of Remarketing, while reporting directly to the president of Xchange Leasing•Responsible for managing the liquidation of all of Xchange Leasing’s vehicular assets, while also aiding in the due diligence process for potential buyers of the business unit•Responsible for communicating procurement & remarketing strategy, financial actuals and projections to investors, including Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, and others

• Played key role in nationwide wholesale auction infrastructure roll-out to dispose of churned inventory, resulting in $27M+ in gross revenue in the first 3 months of operations• Serve as fleet manager and company liaison for new Uber business partnerships in which Xchange-owned inventory is leased to innovative short-term and hourly rental companies to drive Uber driver partner supply hours• Constantly optimize and refine the Xchange Leasing supply chain, from point of procurement, through the life cycle of the vehicle, to disposal of the asset

• Launched procurement arm of Uber’s auto leasing division as its first hire• Responsible for the stewardship and usage of a $1B+ debt facility • Decreased average lease price by over 26% through lowering acquisition costs
