My role leverages my background in digital venture architecture, creative systems, and entrepreneurial education to support founders with strategic execution and community building.Alongside my partner, Michael Iagrossi, who has $10 billion worth of exits across industries and is an expert in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and scaling execution, we provide comprehensive support to startups. I’ve secured grants for entrepreneurial education and creative projects, managed multi-million dollar businesses, launched a design agency, and co-founded various ventures. My focus is on integrating creativity with technology to drive innovation and growth within our collaborative ecosystem.

Our team has over 75 years of experience just in sustainability, engineering and geosciences, and we have experts in tech integration, product and program roadmapping strategy, experiential marketing, and executive leadership.

-Oversaw operations of $3-4M annually dollar-generating salon, boutique & bar concept with over 50 employees at multiple locations-Developed marketing and business development strategy plans, and created training programs for internal use and frameworks for future licensing ventures-Evolved and maintained strategy for branding/marketing through strategic communication, online presence/sales, events, partnerships with aligned brands and hotels, content development & reputation management-Created CMR programs and continually proposed new methods, often via technology, to enhancethe experience for guests-Oversaw HR responsibilities including hiring, personnel management, payroll & benefits

I helped work on 4 launches primarily in areas of formulation, manufacturing, branding, labeling/design, and marketing strategy. These included a new haircare line (keratin/smoothing focused), a private label hair extension line (tape-in), a jewelry line (just design/sourcing, branding, marketing, and sales), and, lastly, a body care line (the relaunch is being handled by my new agency, IdentiPop).

- Designed and executed promotional strategy for Sony artists through variety of media and events- Analyzed market demographics by evaluating promotion response and tour attendance- Developed and cultivated relationships with key lifestyle, retail, media, and venue accounts for promotion

- Oversaw operations of and created strategic plans for student-run independent record label- Led planning of live showcases, recorded music process, promotion creation and execution, and artist guidance- Secured grant for and spearheaded Breaking The Surface Vol. 1- Miami Artists on the Rise—a compilation album, live showcase, and artist promotion project to highlight up-and-coming talent in Greater Miami area

- Analyzed market data and developed strategic plans for digital and mobile sales and releases- Updated and created online materials for current artists with primary focus on Latin GRAMMYs

- Codified artist media, created promotional materials, and established expanded company social media presence- Led and promoted special company mobile project aligned with sustainability and environmental awareness
