As the Operations Delivery Tech Lead I am accountable for our technical and functional sprint development deliverables as well as identifying gaps in current process and development workflow. Our team is responsible for implementations, operations support, and production support. My ultimate goal is to facilitate our Operations Delivery Team to produce quality, on-time code by bridging the gap between our different technical and operational departments. Integrating with various accounting systems such as Eagle I design and develop web applications and various reports for STP Clients. Our main product is the STP Portal which contains various dashboards, reports, widgets, and data management applications. Other projects include our in-house FTP/ETL framework solutions, STP intranet, and any ad hoc development which can help our Operations team be more efficient. These different products require a mix of technologies including html/css/jquery/javascrpt, c#/.net/LINQ/nhibernate, and SQL/Oracle I joined STP when we were a small company and as such I am also able to contribute as desk support, AD administration, and audit assistance among many other roles.
