About Jordan Bell, Phr

People are my passion, not just what I do. Whether it’s being a thought partner to a client that’s only worked with transactional recruiters, or mentoring and guiding new recruiters and sourcers, connection sits at the heart of everything I do. We’ve all spoken with a recruiter that did not care enough before, who treated us as another name in a system. My aim is to truly connect with people. Every time. You put your life, your hopes, your dreams in the hands of a recruiter whenever you work with us. That should mean something. My most recent role was a Senior Manager of Professional Search with Hunt Club. Based in Dallas, I was responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and screening qualified candidates, developing junior recruiters, negotiating offers, mapping talent and providing market data. I’ve trained hundreds of people in my career on a variety of topics and love learning from and teaching others. These days I'm working as an independent recruiter, and if you have a need in your organization, then I'd be happy to connect and chat with you about whether an individualized recruiting partnership is right for your organization!

Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Public Speaking, Social Media, Teamwork, and 11 others.
