In November 2014, Jordan was promoted to Vice President of Domestic and International Programming and in that role reported directly to the CEO and Board. Working with top tier executives and talent she created a seamless, holistic conference experience that kept people coming back year after year. During Jordan’s career at NATPE she grew its digital presence through her industry relationships and programming strategy and was the internal driving force behind NATPE’s brands and advertisers initiative, making NATPE not only a conference that agencies attend but a platform for global brands to come to for education, to do business, and to form new relationships with A- List content creators both mainstream and digital.Jordan matched high level creators, advertisers, and distribution executives in closed door VIP thought leadership sessions, one on one meetings, and curated a grid of 60+ conference sessions, bringing the right people together, creating experiences, and providing programming that has clear return on investment. In addition to leading all conference programming initiatives for NATPE Miami and NATPE Europe, Jordan helped to design and execute the organization’s new satellite brand-extension programs, and took a lead role activating NATPE’s Board of Directors and Advisory Committees. When promoting Jordan, NATPE then-CEO Rod Perth praised her “indefatigable” nature and acknowledged Jordan’s significant forward thinking content, programming, and leadership accomplishments. She is widely known for her standard of excellence and relentless commitment to everything she undertakes.

There, she had significant accomplishments while managing and programming all NATPE events including the Annual Market & Conference in Miami, PitchCon/LA TV Fest in Los Angeles, and the NATPE Brand Innovation Summit in New York.

As Director of Operations, Jordan organized nationwide trade shows and workshops for film and video production and post-production education. She managed communications with exhibitors and vendors; booked venues; coordinated site visits and oversaw catering and private events; negotiated contracts and implemented budgets; and hired vendors and supervised staff.

In this role, Jordan managed communications between HBO festival executives, production team, sponsors, and Caesars Palace; supervised the sponsorship team, interns and volunteers; and managed onsite brand activation for comedy festival sponsors at Caesars Palace, including stage shows, booth set-ups, catering, private events, prize giveaways, product samples, and hospitality issues. Sponsors included global brands such as Ford, Pepsi, and AT&T.

Media Coordinator for “The Contender” TV series, Live Fight, at Caesars Palace. Working closely with executive producers, production team, talent, and publicists, Jordan was integral to the production of this event. She served as the liaison between the production company and all media/press/publicists; managed the event media center; supervised pre and post event press conferences, celebrity red carpet, boxer’s showcase, and cast the autograph signing event.

Jordan helped to produce several events for Gala Entertainment during her tenure including 2 ice shows, “Legends on Ice” in Long Beach, CA, and “The Stars are out Tonight” in Las Vegas; In conjunction with “Legends on Ice” she coordinated a 30 mile Torch Run and orchestrated a World Figure Skating Hall of Fame Benefit Dinner paying tribute to Figure Skating’s finest athletes.
