In 2019 Jordan Ryder founded Ryder Deutch Consulting; a firm specializing in Brand Development, Strategic Partnerships, Stakeholder Management, and Live Events. Ryder has years of experience successfully curating content and agenda development, leading teams, producing B2B and B2C events, growing sponsorship relationships, managing stakeholders, facilitating partnerships, and booking talent, trendsetters, top tier executives, global dignitaries and award recipients for legacy brands in but not limited to the entertainment industry. Prior to Ryder Deutch Consulting she held the position of Vice President of Industry Programming for The Paley Center for Media, where she focused on department strategy, event vision, speaker recruitment, audience development, session curation, and Media Council memberships. Before joining The Paley Center for Media she was an integral part of the Milken Institute's Programming and Events team sharing her expertise in media and entertainment. As former VP of Domestic and International Programming at the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE), she ran one of the world’s largest and most prestigious conferences in the entertainment industry.Jordan has worked with Board of Directors, Advisory Committees, award recipients, speakers, sponsors, technology experts, advertisers, top tier executives, talent, and well sought after content creators to create meaningful and memorable events that bring a holistic return on investment and positively impact the bottom line. While working in these roles she led activations with global brands such as Ford, Pepsi, AOL and AT&T. Jordan earned her BA in Cinema/TV from the University of Southern California.
