Working with over 60 faculty and staff across campus to coordinate co-curricular and residential experiences for over 650 students in 25 communities annually. Manage a team of 3 full-time professional staff members and over 30 student staff. Collaborate with various departments across campus to develop and implement new Learning Communities, co-enroll students in courses, recruit prospective students, and support students' transition to Nebraska.
