Lead the assessment efforts and help build capacity for all of units across the Division of Student Affairs. A strong focus on developing staff capacity surrounding assessment, collecting division-wide data points and information, and helping staff make data-informed decisions.

Lead the development and implementation of UNL’s residential curriculum for an on-campus population of almost 6,000 first-year and upperclass students. Oversee professional development for professional and student staff within Residence Life. Manage of team of 5 full-time professionals and over 50 student staff who oversee and work with: UNL’s Learning Communities program, oversee Peer Connections, advise Residence Hall Association and National Residence Hall Honorary, and assessment for Residence Life at UNL.

Lead Nebraska's Learning Community program. Working with over 60 faculty and staff across campus to coordinate co-curricular and residential experiences for over 650 students in 25 communities annually. Manage a team of 3 full-time professional staff members and over 30 student staff. Collaborate with various departments across campus to develop and implement new Learning Communities, co-enroll students in courses, recruit prospective students, and support students' transition to Nebraska.

Monitored the enrollment of learning community students in courses; met with students/parents at orientation; represented Learning Communities at UNL-sponsored recruitment events; developed programming with Learning Community faculty/staff.
