Jordan is an accomplished attorney with over fourteen years of experience advising entrepreneurs, owners, investors and executives at privately held companies in a myriad of matters, including commercial disputes, employment matters and corporate governance. Jordan serves as outside general counsel for his corporate clients.Jordan is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. Jordan’s litigation experience includes: copyright violations, claims arising from violation of the Illinois Trade Secrets Act and Defend Trade Secrets Act; partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant matters, real estate litigation including claims arising from fraud, breach of contract, fraudulent transfer claims, breach of fiduciary duty and condominium association disputes, director, officer and employee fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims, probate disputes, including fraudulent transfers, undue influence, lack of capacity matters, trust disputes, employment disputes, mechanics liens foreclosures, collective bargaining agreement disputes, commercial mortgage foreclosures and collection proceedings including claims for successor liability and alter ego theories.Jordan has successfully tried cases to verdict and has arbitrated a number of mattes before the American Arbitration and various other self-regulatory agencies.Jordan was selected in 2013-2022 as an Illinois Super Lawyer’s Rising Star and in 2016-2022 as a Leading Lawyer. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the University of Illinois at Chicago John Marshall Law School. Jordan is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. Jordan is an active member of the American Jewish Committee’s Marshall Society and ACCESS Group and the Chicago Humanities Festival. Prior to joining PFS, Jordan was a partner in a mid-size Chicago firm.
