Conceive of and build a brand new, multi-channel engagement platform. All the internal tooling to boot. Even helped out the data teams for a time. Really though, it was the engineers.

I built the infrastructure, managed the projects, and provided the technical support for IntelliSource to grow exponentially each of the past three years.This involved quintupling our PC user base to several hundred, expanding our server and cloud solutions, growing the IT team, and developing a strategy that would bolster the organization by continually providing amazing, just-in-time functionality.I did this by being passionate about what I do, maintaining a focused intention, and most importantly - being a partner to the organization instead of just being “the IT guy.” So what is IntelliSource?IntelliSource is a national Strategic Resources company that empowers clients to realize their full business potential. The Uptime Group was a managed service provided for small to medium sized business in the Denver Metro Area.My initial responsibilities involved managing the Help Desk (ConnectWise) and triaging issues before sending to a more experienced tech.I quickly moved into being the primary consultant for 10 of our clients. I managed and implemented day-to-day tech support, end user training, mobile devices, and server installs.This position was a great introduction in learning how technology has the ability to give small businesses a competitive edge and change how they do business day-to-day.

I was the guy fresh out of college evangelizing "there must be a better way!" I greased all the corporate gears using the latest technology to help everyone around me get their jobs done better, faster, and more efficiently. I did this primarily through the promotion of communication (IM) and utilizing collaboration technologies like wikis and SharePoint.My two proudest feats were:1. Introducing Yammer to BCBSNC the day it was launched. The network grew quickly and opened up communication channels that had been long dormant.2. Co-Founding a Young Professionals internal company network which still exists today.
