The business consultancy element of our work specialised in the origination, implementation, and management of new business strategy, designed to provide stability and growth. This expertise allowed us to restructure a business and implement change to ensure the foundation of the company is appropriate to new, progressive business goals. Another facet of our business was the asset management and subsequent redevelopment of our client’s land assets. We take ‘problem’ sites and find a solution. From managing existing tenants and increasing income streams, identifying appropriate end-users, managing planning applications, and negotiating the sale; we managed the end-to-end process. Within this remit my key areas of responsibility included, key account management, implementing new business strategy, project management, asset management, negotiations, deal-making, market research, and prospecting.
