Moved over to the Operations Planning group in NOV 2020 to execute direct aid in logistics/materials and planning management within the Avionics compliment under the ISR/IAS business area here at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Serving as a liaison between the Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Procurement business groups to support production/program Avionics needs and their open demands in order to deliver end articles/products that meets and or exceed the customer’s expectations and contractual timelines. Working through MRP/ERP (Supply Chain) processes to plan, purchase, schedule and execute logistical operations to accomplish overall timelines and product delivery to the production floors and or customer. This is executed across all programs currently active that are requiring an avionics aspect/element and or planned program needs. Working closely with the Engineering and Quality Assurance BAs to insure elements are being executed in accordance with current revisions and drawing specifications to meet SNC/Industry standards. All the while, making sure elements are meeting requirements as planned out through the manufacturing build plan and program scheduled timelines. Working with the Procurement/Program Management BAs to ensure materials being ordered are purchased within program budgetary requirements and are ordered/shipped from the vendors within the timelines set forth by the MO build plan and production floor needs.
