Adding 3d Printed/CAD (additive manufacturing) value by develop tooling needed for project manufacturing and product shipment to the customer.
Production/Manufacturing Planning Coordinator - Falcon 9 Stage 1/Stage 2 Vehicle Integration
Serving as a liaison between the engineering and integration teams under the Launch Vehicle Assembly production umbrella to support the on going completion of the orbital class reusable, two-stage rocket vehicle known as Falcon 9. Working through MRP/ERP system processes to plan, purchase, schedule and execute structural integration operations to accomplish product delivery of a fully assembled Falcon 9 in various (payload specific) configurations. Actions closely executed with the varying Production teams: Engineering, Scheduling and production technicians to insure integration elements are being executed in accordance with current engineering manifests to meet FAA/SpaceX/Industry standards. Along with making sure elements are meeting requirements as planned out through the manufacturing build plan and executed to the master build schedule timelines.

Moved over to the Operations Planning group in NOV 2020 to execute direct aid in logistics/materials and planning management within the Avionics compliment under the ISR/IAS business area here at Sierra Nevada Corporation. All the while, making sure elements are meeting requirements as planned out through the manufacturing build plan and program scheduled timelines. Working with the Procurement/Program Management BAs to ensure materials being ordered are purchased within program budgetary requirements and are ordered/shipped from the vendors within the timelines set forth by the MO build plan and production floor needs.

Management/logistical operations of materials within the Avionics Shop compliment within the Supply Chain management group, aiding in the production/work flow of all active programs to best meet scheduled deadlines while working closely with Materials Management, Engineering and Supply Chain Management business areas.Facilitating the management and supply of materials to the avionics production floor. Working closely with avionics technicians, engineering and quality assurance team members to ensure proper material at correct quantities were being utilized to execute (current revision) drawings and meeting planned requirements in accordance with the program/effort's MO Build Plan and deliverable due dates.
