My role carries many hats. Working in a start-up company tends to do that. Primarily I focus on new client engagements. This normally constitutes an implementation that includes: data analysis, technology integration, process redesign, contract adjustments, change management, adoption and implementation of our workforce technology, and personnel compliance. Additionally, I handle project management responsibilities of already engaged clients. This typically includes managing a team either remotely or onsite around sustaining our technology, process, and mission of that client. it also includes testing new technology features, releasing those features, offering reports to management and chief officers, and other tasks to show our value to our clients.Finally, I will also work with our development team to sift out new technology approaches we may want to enter into. Through these new technologies we will conduct market research studies, UI tutorials, and various other methods to assure our technology is as advanced and complete as possible. We then present our technology to potential clients and offer a look into how we manage and sustain their workforce landscape. Extra:Through an implementation I am the lead of a team. And amongst our team we focus on reducing costs for facilities while also improving patient care, compliance, and ratio laws. We expect to be able to save any healthcare facility at least 8% off of their labor spend and provide a 98% compliance score on meeting their unit nurse ratios.We also branch out to other workforce areas other than just nursing, we help in physician, respiratory, support, security, and other healthcare related workforce areas.

Working for a consulting firm at a hospital. The company developed software that optimizes nurse staffing. They developed an ERP system for managers to view data derived through the history of the hospital. The system also allows the hospital to develop a budget, track nurse credentials, and allows nurses to sign up for additional shifts online.My job handles the interaction between the hospital and The Optime Group. Also, I facilitate the staffing coordinators in day to day and month to month staffing goals. Part of this involves communication with the floor managers, supervisors, human resources, and everyone else under the sun at the hospital. A great deal of my position is involved with reviewing productivity reports and other financial benchmarks to review and implement new processes to improve efficiencies.
